Which pets do you care for?
PawSitting cares for dogs, cats and small pets. Every animal is different, so please share your pet's needs on WhatsApp before booking.
Do we meet beforehand?
Yes. A meet and greet helps us learn your pet's routine and make sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. You can receive photo updates and a quick message so you know how your pet is doing while you are away.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible, especially for school holidays and long weekends. Send a WhatsApp message with your dates and area to start the conversation.
What are your rates?
The daily rate is R250 per day. Monthly bookings receive 10% off, bringing the rate to R225 per day. Please WhatsApp us if you would like to discuss another payment arrangement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start date are charged at 30% of the total fee.
